These terms and conditions and the web-based booking form constitute the entire Agreement concerning the provision of taxi service between you and AshLin Taxis. Completion of the booking form and use of the Service indicates your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
The following terms and conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase, prices and contact details.
Your access to and use of this website or our service is subject exclusively to these terms and conditions. You will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. By using the website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice.
In order to protect your own interests please read our terms and conditions carefully before accepting them. If you want a hard copy of these terms and conditions please use you internet browser facilities to print a copy. Your statutory rights are not affected by our terms and conditions
You must allow sufficient time when booking a taxi in order to get to you. AshLin Taxis cannot be held responsible for any delays caused due to traffic congestion, weather conditions, roadworks, incidents on roads or vehicle mechanical failure.
You must order a suitable car size for the number of passengers and luggage. AshLin Taxis cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage. Please note that a child, no matter what age, counts as one passenger.
If you need to transport a wheelchair please specify this at the time of booking.
SMS, Voice Mail, Email and Online booking, if you do any of this until you hear from us your booking is not confirmed.
If you need to cancel your booking please contact AshLin Taxis as soon as possible. If you cancel a booking after the vehicle has been dispatched then the full fare charge will be incurred as a cancellation charge.
You have the right to cancel prepaid credit and debit card bookings at anytime before the vehicle has been dispatched you, without giving any reason. And we will refund your money within 7 working days minus any handling costs.
No refunds will be issued in the case of the booking the wrong date, wrong time, wrong location and/or other incorrect or misleading information, or if the passenger leaves the pickup point without informing us for any reason whatsoever.
6. Price & Charges,
* For all account jobs and invoices we charge 7% on top including any credit or debit card payments.
* Should a passenger be travel sick there will be a valet charge of £120.00
7. Payments & Currency
We accept all major credit and debit card payments. All major card payments are subject to a 5% surcharge. We do not except any Cheque payment. All payments are in UK Pounds sterling. Prices also include any UK taxes. We use PayPal to process our card transactions. We do not store your credit card details. If we are refused authority for payment at any stage, we reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you.
If you are paying from outside the UK to place your booking and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK currency.
